3. Counter-Notification

- Your name, address, and phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of a federal court
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual
property rights.
5. Good Faith
All recipes and content on DishesToLearn are original, created by our editorial team. If we discover that any
content inadvertently resembles copyrighted material, we will take immediate steps to address the situation
upon notification.
